Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order history, measurement forms you fill for custom pieces, and the artwork files you upload in the Design Studio. Payment details are processed by our payment partner and never stored on our servers.

2 · Your design uploads

Artwork you upload is stored privately, used only to produce your order, and is never shared, resold or used in marketing without your written consent. You can delete saved designs anytime from My Designs.

3 · How we use your data

To fulfil orders, provide support, send order updates, and — only if you subscribe — occasional newsletter emails. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4 · Your choices

You can update your profile, export or delete your data, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. Write to us via the contact page for any privacy request — we respond within 48 hours.
