1 · Orders & customization
Customized pieces go into production after a designer review of your artwork and options. Because each piece is made to order, production times are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
2 · Your artwork
You confirm that you own (or have licensed) any artwork you upload. We may decline content that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful; declined designs are refunded in full.
3 · Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in INR and itemised live in the Design Studio (base price + surcharges). Payment is captured securely at checkout; cash-on-delivery may be offered on eligible orders.
4 · Returns
Ready-made items follow our standard returns window. Made-to-order and personalized items are eligible for return or remake only in case of manufacturing defects or a mismatch with your confirmed customization. Raise a request from My Orders → Returns.
